[Stayed for two nights with all relatives for a wedding]I am so satisfied that I am at a loss for words. The facilities have everything you need to be satisfied during your stay. The entire facility, guest rooms, and cleanliness are excellent. The pool size is also satisfactory, providing a comfortable swimming experience.The meals, including teppanyaki, French cuisine, and the bar after dinner, are not only delicious but also provide a satisfying dining experience. The breakfast menu also energized us..What made me happiest was the hospitality of all the staff. Their genuine care for the guests was evident in their expressions. Wonderful. With such amazing staff, I was delighted. Relatives who couldn’t join this time definitely want to come next time. It was a heartfelt checkout in the morning. Thank you to all the staff. We are truly delighted and thankful for your perfect rating and numerous compliments, especially considering the many hotels in Okinawa you could have chosen for such an important occasion.
Your words, “What made me happiest was the hospitality of all the staff,” deeply moved us. To hear that all our staff have heart is the highest honor and joy, especially knowing the dedication of our team. It brought tears to our eyes.
With only 14 guest rooms, our hotel is small, allowing us to carefully consider each guest’s feelings and satisfaction during their stay. We share information meticulously among staff to provide the best service from each guest’s perspective. Although we are still learning and may have had shortcomings during your stay, your encouraging words inspire us to improve and enhance our guest-focused service.
Since July, our management has been renewed, and we are particularly focused on our cuisine. As an auberge, we offer teppanyaki, French cuisine, and Edo-style sushi prepared by three top chefs. We hope you will enjoy our Edo-style sushi dinner course, crafted with care right before your eyes, on your next visit.
