Is there a laundry corner?
No, there isn’t. However, we offer cleaning services at the front desk (for a fee).
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide free on-site parking.
Is there an ATM corner?
Unfortunately, there isn’t one within the hotel.
We can guide you to a bank, post office, or convenience store about 5 minutes away by car.
Is there a library?
Yes, we have a library with a variety of books, DVDs, and CDs.

All rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace of each room.
Can I connect to the internet in my room?
Yes, all rooms have free Wi-Fi and LAN cables.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with CD and DVD players.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation fees are as follows:
Day of arrival : 100% of the accommodation fee
3 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
7 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
14 days before: 10% of the accommodation fee
No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

Can I make a reservation for the restaurant in advance?
Yes, you can. Dinner reservations are required and should be made by 6 PM two days in advance.
Is room service available?
Yes, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though the menu is limited.
Can children use the restaurant?
Children aged 13 and above can dine at the restaurant for dinner.
Are there service charges?
No service charges are applied to any fees within the restaurant or hotel premises.

No, but Ice is provided in the freezer in each room.

How long does it take to get to the hotel from Naha Airport?
It usually takes about 60 minutes by car using the Okinawa Expressway (highway). If you use the general road (Route 58), it takes about 90 minutes.
How long does it take to get to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium from the hotel?
It takes about 60 minutes by car.
When can I swim in the pool?
Since it is a private pool, you can swim year-round depending on the weather. Typically, in Okinawa, the comfortable swimming season is from April to October.
The pool water is at normal temperature (it is not a heated pool).
Is there a private beach?
Unfortunately, no. We can guide you to a nearby beach about 5 minutes away by car.
